28 YEARS INSIDE THE SOCIAL SECTOR: THREE CHAIRS

  • Operator first. Erin has held advancement and operating roles at The Madeira School, Inova Kellar Center, and Alpha Chi Omega, where she served as Chief Development Officer.
  • Consultant second. She led analytics at Graham-Pelton, served as Senior Vice President at the Munshine Group, and founded For Good Partnership.
  • SAAS leader third. She led customer experience at CharityEngine and customer success at boodleAI.

Erin Peshoff started her career in advancement and fundraising in 1998. Over the next two decades she raised more than $100 million for organizations across the country. That fundraising background is not incidental to the work she does now. It is the foundation of it. She knows what it costs when operations cannot keep up with ambition, because she has sat on both sides of that gap.

At Graham-Pelton, she spent six years building the analytics and advancement services line of business, not delivering reports, but building the function that made repeatable, data-driven growth possible for dozens of organizations. She created toolkits and systems that became revenue lines in their own right. That is when she understood something that has not changed: sustainable growth is built on the right infrastructure, not the right hustle.

That belief followed her everywhere. At ACF Solutions, she implemented Salesforce for universities like Columbia and Auburn, translating what fundraisers needed into what systems could actually do. At Alpha Chi Omega, she became the first Chief Development Officer in the foundation’s 75-year history, brought in specifically to build what did not exist. At CharityEngine, she designed the company’s first Customer Experience department from scratch and cut client onboarding from six months to ninety days. At boodleAI, she built and scaled the customer success function and drove a 53% year-over-year increase in client engagement.

In 2018, she founded For Good Partnership, her first consulting firm, and became what she had already been for years: an embedded strategist for organizations that needed to learn how to build systems they could own.

In 2022, she founded Vivia Studios. The fundraising. The systems thinking. The operational builds. The pattern recognition that comes from two decades of sitting inside organizations at the exact moment growth outpaces infrastructure. None of it was a detour. All of it was preparation.

Vivia Studios is where it comes together.
